Kyle Sweet, JD has decades of experience as a lawyer working on behalf of business clients, captives, and commercial insurance companies, managing complex litigation and advising clients on risk and safety issues across the country.

Jesse Olsen, CPCU, ARM, has been working in the fields of risk finance and captive consulting since 2006 and brings a distinctively client-focused element to the COO role.
