Dameon Allensworth

Dameon began his legal career practicing healthcare defense. Most of his career has involved working with healthcare companies, whether navigating litigation, performing regulatory reviews, or assisting with due diligence as part of acquisitions and divestitures of facilities.
Dameon has more than 18 years of experience leading companies to efficiencies in legal spend through process and technology, including artificial intelligence. He has worked with numerous Fortune 100 companies, successfully overseeing hundreds of managed review projects and advising on legal operations. He has practical expertise in process development, project management, and the implementation of legal technologies. He is also experienced in database design as well as artificial intelligence development.
In 2019, Dameon and Kyle Sweet formed iNof8 Legal to perform outsourced legal work using a combination of human resources and AI. Recently, iNof8 Legal has pivoted to work largely with healthcare companies and TPAs using AI for medical chronologies and has developed their own proprietary AI to draft deposition summaries.
Dameon is a licensed attorney in the state of Oklahoma and earned his J.D. from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. He is a member of the Iowa Tribe of Oklahoma, a Federally Recognized Tribe, and is also of Cheyenne-Arapaho and Otoe-Missouria descent. He currently resides in Oklahoma City and serves on the Route 66 Development Board and the Foundation Board for the Oklahoma Arts Institute. He is also the Chief District Judge of the Iowa Tribe of Oklahoma.
