At Helio Risk he leads key initiatives across higher education, healthcare, and business risk consulting.

Before joining Helio Risk, Kenneth held senior roles in audit, banking, risk management, and captive operations, including executive leadership of a major university’s captive insurance company. He is known for practical problem-solving, strategic thinking, and a strong grasp of complex financial and risk frameworks.

Outside work he serves as Chair of the Oklahoma Tobacco Settlement Endowment Trust. Kenneth earned his degree from East Central University and is based in Norman, Oklahoma.
